Essential Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current ASHA certification or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status
• Valid state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist
• Experience providing SLP services within school, pediatric, healthcare, or teletherapy settings
• Familiarity with IEP process, progress monitoring, and compliance
• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable with a variety of service delivery models, including in-person and remote

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech and language therapy to K-12 students with diverse needs
• Conduct screenings, assessments, and evaluations to identify communication challenges
• Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) and document student progress
• Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams for holistic student support
• Participate in team meetings, training, and feedback sessions to ensure best practices
• Maintain thorough and timely records in accordance with school and state guidelines
• Provide consultative support and resources to staff for effective classroom integration
