Accounting Admin

We are currently seeking an Accounting Admin to work onsite in Georgetown KY. This Admin will support the IT department to process all payables to vendors the organization used along with credit card reports and cell phone plans for full time employees. On average, this individual will process 100-150 payments a month and will work heavily within their ERP software and Microsoft Excel. This role will include invoice management, payment processing, reconciliation, support month end close needs, and help with compliance or audit activities as needed. Ideally, we are looking for someone with a strong payments background, is comfortable operating multiple computer systems, and is extremely organized. This role will require working onsite in Georgetown KY and has a pay range of $20-25/hour based on experience.

Required Skills & Experience

1-5 years of accounts payable experience
Experience working in a large corporate environment
Strong Microsoft Excel skills
Experience with ERP software (SAP, Oracle, JDEdwards, etc.)


Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Degree or accounting certificate
