Position We are seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to join our team in Ferndale, MI. The role requires overseeing a team of Maintenance Technicians, ensuring timely completion of work orders, working with vendors, supply ordering, apartment turns, service requests, and overall maintenance of the apartment community.
