Executive Assistant

Position Summary:

We are seeking a proactive, highly organized, and tech-savvy Executive Assistant (EA) to provide comprehensive administrative support to the executive team. The ideal candidate will act as a "second brain" to the executives, managing complex operations, acting as a gatekeeper, and creating high-impact visual presentations. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint is required , as this role involves creating, editing, and formatting boardroom-level presentation materials.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Presentation Design & Support: Design, create, and edit professional PowerPoint presentations, decks, and proposals, including graphical content, charts, and data visualization.
  • Calendar Management: Proactively manage complex, high-volume calendars, resolving scheduling conflicts and prioritizing meetings.
  • Strategic Communication: Act as the primary liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholders, managing communications with tact and discretion.
  • Travel & Logistics: Organize complex, multi-stop domestic and international travel, including detailed itineraries.
  • Expense & Compliance: Reconcile T&E and Purchase Card reports using systems such as Concur.
  • Meeting Preparation: Organize on-site and off-site meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and ensure all materials are prepared and distributed in advance.
  • Special Projects: Perform research and manage special projects as assigned by leadership.
