Trident Consulting is seeking a \"Talent Acquisition Coordinator” for one of our client in \"Aliso Viejo, CA ” A global leader in business and technology services. Job Title: Talent Acquisition Coordinator Pay: $23/hr – $25/hr on W2 Job Type: Contract | 6-Month Contract with potential extension Position Summary We are seeking an entry-level Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support the recruiting team throughout the hiring process. This role is responsible for coordinating interviews, managing candidate communications, arranging travel when needed, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and interested in building a career in Human Resources or Talent Acquisition. Key Responsibilities Schedule and coordinate candidate interviews with recruiters and hiring managers. Organize interview logistics and meeting invitations. Arrange candidate travel, including flights, hotels, and itineraries when required. Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process. Deliver an outstanding candidate experience while following established recruiting procedures. Support the Talent Acquisition team with administrative and coordination tasks. Maintain accurate interview schedules and candidate communications. Assist with additional recruiting projects as assigned. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree (recent graduates are encouraged to apply). Strong organisational and time-management skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Detail-oriented with excellent follow-through. Self-starter with a proactive attitude. Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities. Interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources or Talent Acquisition. Positive attitude and ability to work collaboratively. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word). Preferred Qualifications HR internship or recruiting coordination experience. Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Workday, or Lever. Customer service, hospitality, or administrative experience. Experience handling confidential or sensitive information. Ideal Candidate Recent graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. 0–2 years of experience in recruiting coordination, administration, customer service, office support, or HR. Comfortable managing multiple interview schedules and competing priorities. Professional communicator with strong interpersonal skills. Able to work onsite in Aliso Viejo, CA.
