As a premier healthcare marketing agency, we're looking for a detail-oriented, driven, and proactive Engagement Planner to craft and deliver high-impact multichannel media campaigns.

What You'll Do

As an Engagement Planner, you will be the engine behind seamless, data-driven media activations from strategy through execution. You will:

• Build Engaging Multichannel Experiences: Develop and execute innovative tactical media plans across diverse touchpoints—including Display, Custom Digital Programs, Email, Print, Point of Care (POC), and Conferences.
• Drive Negotiation & Partner Collaboration: Partner directly with suppliers and publishers at the brand level to negotiate advantageous placements, optimize spend, and maximize reach and ROI.
• Leverage Cutting-Edge Tech: Harness CMI's proprietary planning tools and analytics platforms to engineer data-backed strategies, track performance, and deliver standout client results.
• Champion Operational Excellence: Own day-to-day campaign management, ensuring on-time delivery, tight budget adherence, flawless trafficking, and meticulous quality control.
• Mentor & Lead: Share your knowledge by guiding and coaching Associate Engagement Planners, fostering an inclusive environment of continuous growth and team success.

Who You Are

• Media Savvy: You have 2+ years of experience as a Media Planner/Buyer, with strong command over media fundamentals and a proven track record across digital and traditional channels.
• Organizational Powerhouse: You excel at multitasking, prioritizing deliverables, and managing complex timelines in a dynamic, fast-paced agency environment.
• Detail-Obsessed: You take pride in precision and accuracy across budgets, flowcharts, specifications, and campaign reporting.
• Collaborative Communicator: You possess top-tier interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with an ability to partner effortlessly across internal teams, clients, and vendors.

The base salary for this position at the time of this posting may range from $50,000 to $90,000. Individual compensation varies based on job related factors, including business needs, experience, level of responsibility and qualifications.
