IT SpecialistAt DISYS we are looking to hire new IT Specialists in Pearl Harbor, Hawai’i. You should have at least 3 years of IT troubleshooting, customer service, and/or call center experience. We are happy to move forward with you if you have active security clearance, either active secret or top secret, and a CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, or CISSP certificate in hand.What You Will Be Doing?Analyze, identify, and resolve customers’ technical problems.Assist information engineers in coding, testing, implementation, and project documentation.Collect, identify, define, and organize detailed user and information technology requirements.Interact with the customer to gain an understanding of the business environment and technical context.Apply metrics to monitor performance and measure key project criteria.Prepare system documentation, establish, and maintains security, integrity and business continuity controls and documents.Qualification:At least 3 years of IT Troubleshooting experienceValid CompTIA A+ or CISSP certificate with expiration dateActive Secret, or Top SecretStrong communication skillsPolite customer service skillsGood knowledge of Windows 10 operating systemGood knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and O365 applicationsWillingness to work in shiftsWillingness to learn new skillsLocation: Pearl Harbor, HIContract: 5-month contract with possibility of extensionPay: $31 - $33/hourly ($4,960 – 5,280/monthly = >$60k/yearly)Start Date: 11/2/2020End Date: 3/31/2021Relocation: no relocation packageBenefits:PTOPaid HolidaysHealth PlanDental PlanVision Plan401kSort/Long Term Disability InsurancesShort/Long Term Health InsurancesCareer Coaching and Resume Help
