Collaborate closely with neonatologists and the care team to ensure high-quality patient outcomes. Support in covering newborn nursery duties during your shifts. Assist with patient assessments, treatment planning, and family support. Document care activities accurately and efficiently. Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and patient safety protocols. What You Need Required: NNP Board Certification (no other NP certifications accepted) 2+ years of recent NNP experience (excluding RN experience) Valid North Carolina license or eligibility to become licensed in NC Strong collaboration and communication skills Preferred: Experience in a Level III NICU setting Ability to work well in a team-based environment About the Assignment Join a leading facility in Gastonia, North Carolina, renowned for its luxurious, single-room NICU design and award-winning services.
