BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT STRATEGIST (HYBRID-CHICAGO, IL)

Job Summary Levy seeks a results-driven, detail-oriented Strategist – Strategic Growth & Business Partnership to support the sales team in developing high-impact proposals and presentations, driving new business and contributing to growth in the sports, entertainment, and hospitality industries. Responsibilities Manage proposal timelines, workflows, and approvals, ensuring deliverables meet client requirements and deadlines. Develop and maintain detailed project plans, coordinating with stakeholders including sales directors and subject matter experts. Communicate project progress, milestones, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders, providing actionable insights. Facilitate project coordination across teams for seamless execution of creative deliverables. Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to the evolution of our strategic growth approach. Maintain and optimize content libraries for quick access to key materials and best practices. Support on-site presentations and sales meetings as needed. Qualifications 3+ years of experience in project management, sales operations, or business development support. Track record of successfully managing complex projects with cross-functional teams. Strong organizational and time-management skills, able to juggle multiple projects under tight deadlines. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and project management tools; experience with Adobe InDesign is a plus. Certifications such as PMP, Lean Six Sigma, SCRUM, or Agile are a plus. Experience with RFP processes and a strong understanding of sales strategy development is preferred. Strong communicator with a team-first attitude and ability to collaborate across multiple departments. Background in consulting, hospitality, or sports and entertainment is highly desirable.
