This opportunity begins in a client-facing Benefits Representative role , where you'll help individuals and working families understand available life, accident, and supplemental health insurance benefits through Zoom and phone consultations.

No previous insurance or management experience is required. We provide training, licensing guidance, one-on-one mentorship, and ongoing professional development.

Important: This is not an immediate salaried management position. The starting role includes consultative insurance sales and commission-based compensation.

What You'll Do

Client Service & Benefits Education

• Meet with clients through scheduled Zoom and phone consultations.

• Contact interested individuals and families to arrange appointments.

• Ask questions to understand client priorities and financial-protection needs.

• Explain available life, accident, and supplemental health insurance options.

• Answer questions about policy features, coverage, and enrollment.

• Provide needs-based recommendations once appropriately licensed.

• Assist eligible clients with electronic applications and enrollment.

• Maintain accurate client documentation and records.

• Provide ongoing client follow-up and service.

• Conduct applicable policy reviews and assist with beneficiary information.

Professional Development

• Participate in structured virtual onboarding and product education.

• Attend applicable team training and coaching sessions.

What a Typical Remote Workday Looks Like

Your workday may include:

Client Outreach: Contact interested clients, confirm appointments, and conduct follow-up.

Virtual Consultations: Meet with individuals and families through Zoom or phone to discuss available benefits.

Benefits Education: Explain insurance products and help clients understand their options.

Enrollment Assistance: Once licensed, assist eligible clients with applications and required documentation.
