DevOps And Data Engineer
60% devops and 40% data engineer skills. Java (70%-Building apps running in AWS), AWS, Python (30%-Building apps running in AWS). Duration: 2 months (end of Jan-not sure of extension). Location: remote. Project is for Enterprise technology group which supports the inventory/asset team (both software/hardware). These 4 positions will be part of 3 teams which already exist and have 5-6 members in each. These positions will be part of the support team who will be supporting the infrastructure, existing application and work on features, responsible for enhancement to application, supporting data which uses Snowflake and SQL.
Hiring process: IV: 1 hour int with panel interview
Must Have Skills
- 60% devops and 40% data engineer
- AWS (Lambda, Fargate) Java -70%-Building apps running in AWS
- Python-30%-Building apps running in AWS Someone has experience in data pipelining, setting up pipelines
- Streamlining the data using RDBMS
- Programming experience is needed
Nice To Have
- Shell scripting
- SQL script - Postgres and Snowflake
- PySpark
Former Cap 1 exp is preferred
