The primary focus of this role is serving as the family's household operations partner—keeping the home organized, household inventory (food, clothing, and supplies) maintained, and the countless behind-the-scenes details proactively managed so the family can focus on one another rather than logistics.The ideal person is organized, dependable, and naturally notices what needs to be done. They enjoy creating order in a busy household, are comfortable around children of different ages, and take pride in being someone a family can truly rely on.
