Fully paid trainings, certifications and education programs offered through Evidence in Motion (EIM) AI enabled Clinical documentation which therapists report reduces documentation time by 90% Comprehensive mentorship and career development Leadership and talent development opportunities 401(k) Employer Matching Responsibilities: Deliver high-quality treatment under the direction of the Physical Therapist in an outpatient setting Progress patients toward functional goals through evidence-based care Build strong patient relationships and create a positive care experience Communicate patient progress and clinical updates to the supervising PT Complete timely, accurate documentation Contribute to a collaborative, high-performing clinic environment Qualifications: Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant or ability to obtain licensure in the state of practice Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program Passion for evidence-based, patient-centered care Strong communication and teamwork skills Desire to grow clinically and contribute to a high-performing team environment Compensation: $30 - $35 hourly + inclusive of productivity incentives, with additional compensation opportunities for certifications and location differentials.
