You may also assist in developing strategies and establishing quotas for our agency. Manage customer insurance accounts and update information.

Assist customers with policy changes and renewals.

Provide information on insurance products and services.

Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.

Organizational skills and attention to detail.

Customer service and communication skills.

Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.

Compensation: $17.00 - $25.00 per hour

Our office is located in South Charleston.

Our office is open Monday-Friday 9am to 5pm.

We currently have 3 team members at our agency.
