Finance Business Partner

Our client is a manufacturing organization in the Fox Valley area looking for a Finance Business Partner. Our client is looking for someone with 3+ years of FP&A experience, strong Excel knowledge and high attention to detail.

The Finance Business Partner will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:

RESPONSIBILITIES

Partner and support cross-functional teams in planning, measuring, reporting and improving performance of operations.
Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes for manufacturing operations.
Develop and maintain financial models to support production, cost, and capital planning.
Analyze monthly results and provide variance analysis.
Support plant leadership with KPI development and performance reporting.
Support capital expenditure analysis, ROI modeling, and post-investment reviews.
Prepare monthly management reporting packages.
Support month-end close activities in collaboration with accounting.
Ad hoc projects as needed.

The Finance Business Partner will possess the following:

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
3-7 years of progressive FP&A experience, preferably in manufacturing
Advance excel modeling experience.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
