Minimum Qualifications Front desk dental experience in the past 2 years; pediatric experience preferred. Live within a 30‑minute drive to the office. Can arrive by 7:45 and stay until 5; can work 10‑3 on most Fridays; some Friday flexibility offered. Not planning on moving soon. Presentable and professional at the front desk. Highest level of integrity. Friendly to patients and parents. Enjoy fun at work. We follow the Disney Uniform Policy: professional attire, no excessive visible tattoos, no smoking, no facial piercings. Responsibilities Greet patients; manage dental codes, billing, word processing, treatment planning. Patient scheduling, registration, and insurance processing with a smile. Support the dental team by coordinating communication and workflow. Follow and help improve office policies and procedures to enhance patient care. Assist in billing and financial reporting. Foster strong relationships with patients and their families to ensure a positive experience. Help with community outreach programs and events to promote oral health awareness. Qualifications Previous experience in a dental office. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
