Talent Onboarding & Training Leader

Indigo Living is seeking a Talent Onboarding & Training Manager to design, implement, and continuously improve our onboarding experience for all associates. This role owns the program and partners across HR, regional managers, property managers, and support departments to ensure a welcoming and consistent introduction to the company, its culture, and roles. You will lead annual mandatory trainings, manage the LMS, and develop modules to boost new employee readiness and engagement. #J-18808-Ljbffr Indigo Living
