Front Desk Receptionist

As the first point of contact for our company, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth office operations. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and development. The ideal candidate has: Minimum 1 year of customer service experience. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Proficient in computer software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite). Ability to multi-task effectively and prioritize tasks. Positive and professional demeanor. In this role, you will: Welcome patients and answer phones, texts, and emails professionally. Schedule appointments and manage patient flow efficiently. Enter and maintain accurate medical records. Process payments and ensure patient account accuracy. Perform light filing and maintain office supplies (as needed). Be a team player and contribute to a positive work environment. We offer: Competitive salary ($32,000 - $40,000 per year).
