Jr Accountant

We are seeking a detail-oriented Junior Accountant to join a growing team in Corona. This is an excellent opportunity for an entry‑level accounting professional to gain hands‑on experience and build a strong foundation in a fast‑paced environment. Key Responsibilities Assist with day‑to‑day accounting functions, including Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable Prepare and post journal entries and support general ledger maintenance Perform bank and account reconciliations Assist with month‑end close and financial reporting Review and process invoices, ensuring accuracy and proper coding Maintain organized financial records and documentation Support audits and assist with data gathering as needed Collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and improve processes Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (required) 3 months to 2 years of accounting experience (internships welcome) Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Ability to work in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment Strong communication and problem‑solving skills Employer/Veterans/Disabled The Company will consider qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records in accordance with federal, state, and local laws and/or security clearance requirements, including, as applicable: The California Fair Chance Act Los Angeles City Fair Chance Ordinance Los Angeles County Fair Chance Ordinance for Employers #J-18808-Ljbffr LHH
