We're looking for a technically skilled, dependable, and service-oriented Field Technician to join our team. This role is primarily based out of our Greenvale, NY office and supports a wide range of client environments across Manhattan, Queens, Brooklyn, and Long Island.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of onsite support, hands-on troubleshooting, end-user assistance, and field-based technical work . The technician will spend approximately 50% of their time at client sites , providing in-person support, resolving technical issues, completing onsite tasks, and assisting with implementations and infrastructure changes. What You'll Do
* Provide onsite and remote Level 1/2 support for client environments
* Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to:
* Workstations and laptops
* Microsoft 365 and user
