What Your Day-to-Day Will Look Like

As our Business Development Manager, you'll be the engine behind our expansion. Your mission is to connect with decision-makers at office parks, industrial hubs, HOAs, and schools to show them the value of our premier services.
  • Own the Lifecycle: From the first cold call to the final handshake, you'll manage the entire sales process with tenacity and professional flair.
  • Consultative Selling: You won't just "sell"-you'll solve. You'll identify unique client needs and craft complex, value-added proposals that stand out from the competition.
  • Collaboration: You'll partner closely with our Operations team to ensure that the promises you make are delivered with excellence during every contract transition.
  • Be the Face of the Brand: You'll represent us at trade shows, networking events, and community gatherings, building a pipeline that is the envy of the industry.
  • Track Your Success: Use Salesforce.com to stay organized, disciplined, and focused on hitting your goals.
Are You the Perfect Fit?

We are looking for a "go-getter" who brings:
  • Experience: 5+ years of B2B sales success (proven track record of crushing quotas!).
  • Industry Savvy: Deep experience in commercial service industries or complex contract negotiations.
  • The "Hunter" Mentality: You are self-disciplined, proactive, and energized by qualifying new business opportunities.
  • Communication Mastery: You are a persuasive speaker and a sharp writer who can influence high-stakes deals.
  • Education: A Bachelor's degree is preferred, but your drive and experience are what truly matter.
  • Mobility: A valid driver's license and the readiness to travel throughout your territory to meet clients face-to-face.

The Nitty-Gritty (Physical & Environment)

This is an active, "in-the-field" role! You'll be visiting sites, meeting clients, and occasionally lifting up to 50 lbs. You'll spend time in a variety of environments-from professional boardrooms to active commercial landscapes.
