Senior Fullstack .Net Developer with Equity Trading System - Onsite

Job description:

Client wants to hire a team of consultants to build a new Equity engine for a trading platform. This platform will take all trades from beginning to end, but most important is the trade execution. The consultants will be developing the trading engine. Design and develop trading solutions and manage their implementation, ensuring that software components are built / designed in a robust manner in a rapid/ agile application development. They will need to know all rules, regulations, and ins and outs of developing a Equity trading system. Must have prior experience.

Skills needed:

• Experience (12 years) – Must have a minimum of 12 years of IT Industry experience.

• US-based experience – Must have a minimum of 10 years of experience working for US companies in the US.

• Commercial banking/brokerage experience (6+ years) – Must have 6+ years of recent (within last 3 years) experience working in a commercial environment working for a Bank or Major brokerage houses.

• Capital markets experience – Must have 5+ years of experience in capital markets working and experience with financial products.

• Equity trading systems (6+ years recent) – Must have at least 6 years 'Recent' experience participating on teams that have developed 'Equity' Trading systems.

• .NET, C#, and C++ development (12+ years) – Must have 12+ years of experience Developing and enhance 'New' and existing .NET, C# & C++ Equity architecting and build out.

• Real-time trading systems – Recent experience participating on teams that have developed real-time or near real-time trading systems.

• Bloomberg experience – Must have recent experience utilizing experience with Bloomberg instruments.

• Cross-team collaboration – Communicate and collaborate with trading desk, middle office personnel and peer technology teams.

• Application support – Provide day to day level 3 application support for multiple trading applications.

• Communication skills – Must have excellent communication.
