• Float between different ICU units based on patient census and acuity levels.
• Assist in conducting complex assessments and implementing necessary interventions.

• Collaborate effectively with physicians and interdisciplinary teams.
• Mentor fellow nurses and support the onboarding process for new staff members.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse license.
• Experience in critical care nursing preferred.
• Strong assessment and clinical skills.
