Registered Nurse (Educator)

Job Details Job Title: Nursing Program Instructor/Professor Employment: Direct Hire, Permanent Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week Schedule: Hybrid, Full-Time, 8-5 pm (4 days in-person, 1 day remote) Location: Carmel, IN (In-person, on campus) Salary: $80,000 – $89,000 per year (plus bonus, sign‑on) Your Role Teaching in the classroom and in clinical settings. Managing classroom operations, utilizing technology, submitting grades, and maintaining records. Supporting student success through mentoring, tutoring, and advising. Qualifications Bachelor of Science in Nursing (required). Master’s Degree in Nursing (preferred). At least two years of full‑time clinical experience as a registered nurse. Education in teaching and learning principles for adult education (preferred). Unrestricted license to practice in Indiana. Benefits Medical, Dental, Vision coverage.
