Project Management Office Coordinator

Supporting the execution of Murex Target Operating Model workstreams, the full-time Project Management Office Coordinator will manage planning, tracking, and stakeholder communication in a remote capacity. Key responsibilities Coordinate stakeholder workshops, meetings, and governance forums across various teams Maintain project plans, action logs, and RAID registers while tracking deliverables and escalating issues as needed Prepare governance materials and executive status reports to ensure transparency and alignment among project teams Required qualifications 3-6 years of experience in a PMO role, with a preference for experience in financial services or technology initiatives Experience with target operating model design and execution is a significant plus Proficiency in MS PowerPoint and Excel, with strong organizational and planning skills Familiarity with Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies and project lifecycle processes Excellent stakeholder communication and coordination skills
