Position Details

• Location: Fairfield, CA
• Peak Season: September through January
• Start Dates: Beginning within the next 2 weeks
• Employment Options: Full-Time and Part-Time Flex
• Part-Time Flex: Work part-time with the ability to pick up full-time hours as needed based on volume and call-outs
• Pay: Starting at $17.00/hour
• Mid-Shift Differential: Additional $0.50/hour when working the qualifying mid shift

Available Shifts

• AM Shift: 5:00 AM start
• Mid Shift: 9:00 AM start, with the possibility of moving to a 12:00 PM start during peak season based on business needs
• Shift times and schedules may vary depending on operational needs and volume.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick, label, load, unload, and consolidate merchandise.
• Operate RF scanners accurately to track and manage inventory.
• Assist with inventory counts and report damaged or misplaced merchandise.
• Palletize, pick, and pack products.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Support team leads and assist with additional warehouse duties as needed.

Peak Season Expectations

Peak season is a busy and fast-paced environment , and flexibility is essential. Associates must be comfortable with:

• Overtime and weekend work based on business needs
• Variable schedules and shift changes
• A blackout period during peak season, when time-off restrictions will apply
• Working additional hours when volume increases or there are call-outs

Qualifications

• No prior warehouse experience necessary—entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.
• Previous warehouse, picking, packing, palletizing, or RF scanner experience is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential.
• Must be flexible and willing to work overtime and weekends as needed during peak season.
• Must be able to work the assigned shift and accommodate schedule changes based on business needs.

Pay Details: $17.00 to $17.50 per hour
