We are seeking a highly analytical and execution-focused Operations & Strategy Manager to support large-scale operational initiatives within a complex manufacturing, supply chain, or data center environment. This individual will work closely with executive leadership and external stakeholders to drive operational excellence through data-driven decision making, strategic planning, performance reporting, and metric development. The ideal candidate combines strong operations experience with strategic thinking, exceptional written communication skills, and the ability to synthesize large amounts of information into concise executive-level reporting. Key Responsibilities Manage and support operational programs involving multimillion- to multibillion-dollar budgets. Lead and influence cross-functional teams of approximately 30+ resources across various functions. Partner with executive leadership on day-to-day operational and strategic initiatives. Develop, track, and report on key business metrics, KPIs, KCLs, and OKRs. Build and maintain reporting frameworks that provide actionable business insights. Create executive-level presentations, business reviews, and written communications for senior stakeholders. Analyze operational performance and provide recommendations to improve efficiency and execution. Develop detailed business documents, including six-pagers, BRDs (Business Requirements Documents), strategy reviews, and operational reports. Manage reporting related to sales performance, operational execution, inventory management, and order fulfillment. Work with order management, inventory, and execution systems to ensure operational visibility and reporting accuracy. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align strategy, operations, and business objectives. Translate complex data into concise, high-quality written communications suitable for executive audiences. Required Qualifications Experience in operations management, strategy management, program management, or a related field. Experience supporting manufacturing, supply chain, data center inventory, or similarly complex operational environments. Experience managing or influencing large programs with significant budgets and resource counts. 2-4+ years of experience working directly with external stakeholders and customers. Proven experience developing reporting frameworks, metrics, KPIs, and performance measurement systems. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive business decisions. Experience creating executive-level presentations and written business documentation. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience digesting large volumes of information and summarizing insights for senior leadership. Experience with sales reporting, operational reporting, and performance dashboards. Experience writing six-pagers and narrative business documents. Background in data-driven operational decision making.
