Job ID: 24-47647 Pay Range: $32 - $36/hour. Key Responsibilities Performing user-related tasks in SuccessFactors Cloud LMS including curriculum assignment, forced completion of content objects, and assignment of alternate job codes. Monitoring feedback loop daily to identify any issues within the content or LMS. Documenting information on each reported incident for the purpose of identifying trends. Providing frontline e-learning tech support to users. Diagnosing issues and selecting the right mitigation, escalating when needed. Communicating professionally with users experiencing technical issues. Updating knowledge articles based on evolving information. Proactively sharing concerns and ideas with the FOP LMS team and making recommendations where appropriate. Working with corporate LMS team to ensure system updates are communicated, tested and supported. Building and maintaining curricula, items, assessments and content objects in the LMS. Initiating adhoc reports for the Learning team and stakeholders. Key Requirements and Technology Experience Key Skills: Minimum two years' recent experience as LMS administrator, specifically including modules related to users and e-learning content. Minimum two years' experience providing frontline technical support to e-learning users. Preferred recent experience in SuccessFactors Cloud LMS within last year. Learning SFX Accreditation preferred but not required. Our client is a leading Airlines Industry , and we are currently interviewing to fill this and other similar contract positions.
