Key Responsibilities Oversee accounting operations, financial reporting, cash flow management, and month-end close activities. Ensure GAAP compliance, manage sales tax filings, and coordinate external tax preparation. Develop budgets, forecasts, and financial analyses to support executive decision‑making. Implement internal controls, manage risk, and improve business processes and financial systems. Lead and develop finance team members while driving departmental performance. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred. Experience in accounting, finance, or banking with strong financial reporting and compliance knowledge. Previous leadership or supervisory experience. Proficiency with Excel, ADP, Zoho, and Microsoft Outlook. Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
