Senior Design & Innovation Lead — Hybrid NYC

Summary Senior Manager on the Open Innovation team responsible for 360-degree design across print, digital, UI and motion, supporting brand identity evolution and integrated marketing campaigns. The role combines strategic direction with hands-on execution, prototyping in Figma and producing production-ready assets. The position emphasizes experimentation with emerging technologies, including AI, and is based in the NYC office on a hybrid schedule. Responsibilities Create visual assets for integrated marketing campaigns across digital and physical channels Produce marketing collateral for print and digital applications and optimize imagery to platform specs Design social media content, email/SMS campaigns, digital signage and website merchandising assets Design UI flows and screens in Figma and prototype with motion where appropriate Produce video and motion content for internal and external communications Translate brand vision into cohesive design systems, repeatable components and clear guidelines Experiment with AI and other emerging creative tools to inform ideation, production and optimization Deliver production-ready files meeting technical specifications and brand standards Requirements 5+ years of experience across brand identity, digital design, design systems, UI and campaign development Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or equivalent experience welcomed Portfolio demonstrating range across brand identity, digital design, design systems, UI and campaign work Fluency in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud; motion graphics and video editing skills (After Effects or similar) a plus Strong command of typography, layout, composition and visual hierarchy and ability to take work end-to-end Hands-on experience with AI creative tools and a test-and-learn mentality Ability to work hybrid with regular in-person presence in the New York office #J-18808-Ljbffr brobstongroup.com - Jobboard
