Spa - Receptionist (Full-Time & Part-Time Shifts Available)

Overview As a member of our Spa team, you will work to ensure that guests receive the pampered, relaxing, and rejuvenating experience they are seeking. You will be responsible for booking appointments, greeting guests upon arrival, and escorting guests to treatment areas. You will also use your knowledge to provide information about spa services, treatments, and products. Located in California’s Olympic Valley, Everline Resort & Spa offers a premier mountain getaway around North Lake Tahoe. Complete payment transactions prior or post a guest's spa/salon treatment. Assist in the professional and clean image of all spa and surrounding facilities. Communicate all necessary guest information, allergies, and requests to the appropriate service provider. Qualifications Must be detail oriented and have excellent communication skills. Previous experience in the spa or salon industry preferred. Previous customer service and cash handling experience required. Industry related certifications or education a plus.
