As Branch Supervisor, you’ll guide daily operations, support a motivated team, and build trusted relationships with customers and vendors. You’ll work hands-on to connect strategy with action, encourage learning and growth, and keep the branch running safely and smoothly. Ferguson is currently seeking the right individual to fill an immediate need for a Branch Supervisor in our Fishersville location. This location sells plumbing and HVAC products. Schedule M-F 7am - 4pm. Position Details Reports to Branch Manager Direct oversight of two associates Responsibilities Manage branch performance, including sales, operations, and financials Support and grow a capable, engaged team Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and vendors Carry out local sales plans with attention to real customer needs Oversee pricing, inventory, and logistics to keep things running efficiently Promote a safety-conscious work environment Help team members develop skills and prepare for future opportunities May be responsible for providing driver duties and responsibilities Qualifications 2-3 years of sales experience required 5 years of plumbing or HVAC knowledge preferred Leadership experience is preferred. Ability to build a team Comfort with financials and using data to guide decisions A collaborative, coaching-focused leadership style A track record of building team trust and consistency Clear, calm problem-solving—even when things move fast Familiarity with process improvement and day-to-day execution Insight into the local market and what matters to your customers Must be at least 18 years old. Pay Range $24.86 - $37.31 Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles. This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
