Registered Nurse - ICULocation: Arlington, TXAssignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position.Schedule: 7A - 7:30P, rotating weekends.Job Description: The Registered Nurse in the ICU provides high-quality patient care in a critical care setting. This role involves working with advanced medical equipment and managing complex patient care needs while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the best outcomes for patients.ResponsibilitiesManage and monitor patients in the ICU, providing comprehensive care based on their needs.Collaborate with healthcare team members to create and implement individualized patient care plans.Conduct assessments, administer medications, and perform advanced procedures such as intubations and central line placements.Utilize critical care equipment and technology effectively during patient care.Educate patients and families about health conditions and post-discharge care.Required Experience / Certifications / LicensureMinimum of 2 years of hospital experience in an ICU setting.Active RN license for Texas.
