Substance Abuse Counselor - Native Community Focus

Health Care Center, Inc. seeks an experienced Licensed Independent Substance Abuse Counselor (LISAC) at Dilkon Medical Center, Dilkon, AZ. Work with Native American beneficiaries providing counseling, prevention, and coordinated care across tribal, state, county, and private providers. Maintain confidentiality and collaborate with courts when needed. The LISAC will support crisis intervention, aftercare planning, and liaison with law enforcement, schools, and other services to improve patient #J-18808-Ljbffr Health Care Center, Inc.
