High-Impact Ownership – Lead initiatives across Customer, Meter, Billing, and Payment data domains that directly affect customer experience and operational performance Hybrid Leadership Role – Combine product strategy with hands‑on delivery leadership and execution accountability Enterprise Visibility – Partner with engineering, architecture, vendors, and business leaders across a large‑scale environment Delivery Excellence – Own outcomes across the full lifecycle—from planning to execution to value realization Modern Technology Exposure – Work with APIs, data platforms, integration services, and cloud‑based systems Your Role & Responsibilities Drive the complete delivery process throughout each iteration of the product lifecycle Own and manage product backlogs across multiple customer technical product domains Translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements and prioritized backlog items Lead scope, schedule, risk, and dependency management across multiple initiatives Act as a proactive facilitator, ensuring alignment between business stakeholders and technical teams Coordinate delivery across multiple product and engineering teams to ensure consistency and performance Manage financials, including budgeting, forecasting, and tracking CapEx/OpEx spend Oversee vendor relationships, including onboarding, performance tracking, and accountability Guide delivery of data products and integration services, including APIs and pipelines Provide governance reporting and executive‑level delivery visibility Skills & Experience You Should Possess 7–10+ years of experience in Product Ownership, Project/Program Management, or IT Delivery Leadership Strong experience managing full project lifecycles, including risks, dependencies, and timelines Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams and drive delivery outcomes Experience managing financials, including budgets, forecasts, and cost tracking Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder alignment skills Ability to balance product ownership responsibilities with hands‑on delivery leadership Bonus Points If You Have Experience in data‑heavy or integration‑focused environments Exposure to APIs, data pipelines, and backend systems Experience working in multi‑vendor or matrixed environments Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) Utility industry experience (Meter‑to‑Cash) Experience with tools like ServiceNow for financial tracking or governance Education & Certifications You Need Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience) Agile, SAFe, or Product Management certifications are a plus What We Offer At Trissential, we believe flexibility, transparency, and support create the best outcomes—for our consultants and our clients. Final compensation is determined based on skill alignment, years of experience, and fair, market‑based rates by geography.
