Structured Credit Director
RCQ Associates - Financial Markets Specialists
A leading global financial institution is seeking an experienced several Credit Analyst or Securitized Products bankers deep knowledge of CLOs (Collateralized Loan Obligations) to join their Analytical team at the Director and Senior Director level.
This role is highly analytical as well as offers significant internal and external visibility with the investor community, sell-side bankers and CLO manager/issuer platforms. You will be responsible for end-to-end credit and structural analysis for new issue CLOs across both BSL and middle-market (private credit) transactions.
This role works as part of a broader North American team and can be located in either Chicago, New York, Austin, Toronto or San Francisco. The team works three-days per week in office.

Key responsibility:
- End-to-end credit analysis of complex new CLO issuances, as well as reviewing legal transaction documentation and modelling using their proprietary systems.
- Produce industry research, attend conferences and present at investor roundtables on topics related to the CLOs market
- Supervise and mentor junior credit analysts
