House Supervisor RN - Nursing Administration at Providence Willamette Falls Medical Center. This posting represents a .9 FTE, variable shift opening (3, 12 hours; weekends and holidays; c an pick up day shifts, but the majority of the schedule will be working night shift ).

The Hospital Supervisor is accountable for the provision of quality nursing services and coordination of the inter-professional team in a hospital for a defined shift.

With a consistent focus on patient and family centered care and high reliability principles, the Supervisor promotes evidence-based practice within a context of constant change in patient volume and acuity, and available resources. The Hospital Supervisor serves as the primary leader in ensuring effective and efficient patient flow in the Hospital.

Required Qualifications:

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• Upon hire: Oregon Registered Nurse License
• Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
• 1 year Charge Nurse or leadership experience and demonstrated leadership abilities.
