Fin & Crab is looking for a driven and experienced Assistant General Manager to join our team in Charleston, SC! Responsibilities:

• Support the General Manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring smooth business performance
• Lead, coach, and develop team members to maintain high performance and morale
• Monitor and manage inventory, ordering, and vendor relationships
• Ensure exceptional customer service standards are consistently met
• Assist in scheduling, staffing, and labor cost management
• Handle escalated customer concerns and resolve issues promptly and professionally
• Track key performance metrics and assist in driving revenue and profitability goals

Requirements:

• 2+ years of management or supervisory experience, preferably in hospitality, food & beverage, or retail
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to multitask and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with scheduling, inventory management, and basic financial reporting
• Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering outstanding experiences
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
