The Role

As a System Administrator at Kyndryl, you’ll solve complex problems and identify potential future issues across the spectrum of platforms and services. You’ll be at the forefront of new technology and modernization, working with some of our biggest clients – which means some of the biggest in the world. There’s never a typical day as a System Administrator at Kyndryl, because no two projects are alike. You’ll be managing systems data for clients and providing day-to-day solutions and security compliance. You’ll oversee a queue of assignments and work directly with technicians, prioritizing tickets to deliver the best solutions to our clients. Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Rubrik Experience - 3 plus years of experience
• Backup Hardware & Software
• Restore Software
• Candidate must be a US Citizen and residing in the US.

Preferred Technical and Professional Experience

• Change Management
• Vulnerability management
• Excellent Communications

The compensation range for the position in the U.S. is - $93,360 to $177,360 based on a full-time schedule. Your actual compensation may vary depending on your geography, job-related skills and experience. For part time roles, the compensation will be adjusted appropriately. The pay or salary range will not be below any applicable state, city or local minimum wage requirement.

There is a different applicable compensation range for the following work locations:

• California: $102,720 to $213,000
• Colorado: $93,360 to $177,360
• New York City: $112,080 to $213,000
• Washington: $102,720 to $195,120
• Washington DC: $102,720 to $195,120

This position will be eligible for Kyndryl’s discretionary annual bonus program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Kyndryl’s applicable plans. You may also receive a comprehensive benefits package which includes medical and dental coverage, disability, retirement benefits, paid leave, and paid time off.
