***There is a separate BR for local candidates*** ***Rotating Schedule with every other weekend and some holidays*** Monday-Friday: 1130-2200 Saturday-Sunday: 0830-1900 Required Qualifications: • CA LVN License • BLS (AHA or ARC only) • Flu vaccination (no exemptions/no declinations) • 2 years of experience in Urgent Care/ER • Phlebotomy and IV certified • Experience with CS Link/Epic • No RTO requests can be accommodated Preferred Qualifications: • 3+ years of experience in IM/UC/ER Recruiting Notes: • Position / Specialty: Outpatient LVN • First-timers accepted: Yes • Weekend/Holiday REQ: Yes • On-call REQ? No • Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs? Yes • Locals accepted: Yes, within a 50-minutes commute • Pending License accepted: No • RTO Restrictions: No RTO requests in the first 2W of assignment
