- Experience: 1 years of experience in Urgent Care/ER, 2 years of overall outpatient experience
- CA LVN
- Certs: BLS (AHA or ARC only), IV and Blood withdrawal
Special Requirements:
- EPIC
Job Details:
- Shift: Rotating schedule Monday-Friday: 11:30 AM - 10:00 PM, Saturday-Sunday: 8:30 AM - 7:00 PM
- Weekend REQ: YES, every other with some holidays
- Floating REQ: YES
- Pending license: NO, must be active at time of submission
- NO SCHEDULING REQUESTS CAN BE ACCOMODATED. NO RTO WITHIN FIRST 2 WEEKS.
