LVN / LPN - Urgent Care

Job Summary:
Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in an Urgent Care setting as an LVN/LPN. Ensure patient safety, manage minor injuries and illnesses, and support the clinical team in delivering efficient care.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patient conditions and vital signs to determine treatment needs.
• Administer treatments, medications, and injections as prescribed.
• Document patient information accurately and efficiently in the electronic medical record (EPIC).
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to develop and implement care plans.
• Support patients with standard procedures like blood withdrawal and IV placement.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized clinical environment.

Qualifications:

• Valid CA LVN license with active status at time of submission.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in Urgent Care or Emergency Room settings.
• Current BLS (AHA or ARC) certification.
• Proficiency in IV placement and blood withdrawal techniques.
• Flexibility to float across multiple locations as required.
• Ability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
