- Assist occupational therapists with patient evaluations, treatment plans, and interventions
- Implement and modify treatment plans as needed, under the guidance of occupational therapists
- Provide patient education and training on activities of daily living (ADLs) and instrumental activities of daily living (IADLs)
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of a positive and supportive work environment
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to achieve patient-centered outcomes
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy or related field
- Certification: Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) certification
- Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a COTA
- Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and strong clinical skills
