Desired Qualifications & Experience:

• Valid Special Education teaching certification
• Previous experience with grades 6–8 preferred
• Familiarity with case management and developing IEPs
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to adapt to new environments quickly

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as Special Education Teacher and Case Manager for 6th–8th grade students
• Manage a caseload of approximately 12 students
• Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs
• Foster an inclusive, supportive classroom environment
• Work Monday through Thursday, 7:45am–4:15pm
• Communicate with families, staff, and external agencies to support student needs
