Merchandise Coordinator

Role Overview Responsible for executing receiving and merchandising standards, ensuring efficient processing and a positive customer experience. Trains and mentors associates, maintains store organization, and upholds safety, cleanliness, and merchandising policies. Communicates effectively with management, monitors team productivity, and supports shrink reduction and loyalty programs. Promotes a safe environment, adherence to policies, and a culture of honesty and integrity. Collaborates with team to prioritize tasks, organize back stock, and ensure merchandise is properly tagged and displayed. Qualifications & Skills Minimum 1 year retail experience and 6 months leadership experience Strong communication, organizational, and multi-tasking skills Ability to lift heavy objects and respond to changing situations Team player with training ability and attention to detail Flexible schedule including nights and weekends Key Duties Orchestrate merchandise processing and store presentation Train and mentor associates on merchandising principles Maintain organizational standards and safety protocols Support store goals, including shrink reduction and customer service Ensure compliance with policies and promote safety awareness #J-18808-Ljbffr RG&T Solutions
