The Dublin Pub is hiring a highly skilled GRILL COOK! Are you passionate about creating delicious dishes in a loving environment? The Dublin Pub is a local family-owned Irish Pub known for its Pony Shoes, Joe's Chili, appetizers, big burgers, and sandwiches. Join our dynamic team and be a part of our fun and enthusiastic work culture. As a Line Cook, you will have the opportunity to learn various culinary techniques and work with a talented team committed to delivering the best dining experience to our guests. Responsibilities: Maintain a sanitized and well-organized kitchen Prepare workstations for cooking Operate kitchen equipment skillfully Check the quality of ingredients Use various cooking techniques Arrange food for appealing presentation Manage food storage, stock, and ingredient orders Requirements: Prior experience as a cook Skilled in operating kitchen equipment Knowledge of sanitation procedures Teamwork and communication skills Organizational skills Ability to multitask and work quickly Location: The Dublin Pub 1975 Wabash Ave Springfield IL #J-18808-Ljbffr Workstream
