We are looking for an experienced Senior Recruiter to join an engineering-focused organization in Minnesota. This contract-to-permanent opportunity is ideal for a detail-oriented recruiter who thrives in a fast-moving environment, builds strong partnerships with hiring leaders, and brings a strategic approach to finding specialized talent. The role will manage full-cycle recruitment across technical and business functions, with particular emphasis on challenging engineering searches and local staffing needs.

Responsibilities:
• Lead end-to-end recruitment activities from intake discussions through offer stage, ensuring a smooth and organized staffing process.
• Identify and attract candidates with experience in difficult-to-fill roles, with a strong emphasis on mechanical engineering and automated controls engineering positions.
• Review applicant backgrounds, conduct initial evaluations, and present well-matched talent to hiring managers with clear recommendations.
• Coordinate interview logistics, job postings, and other recruitment administration in the absence of dedicated talent acquisition support.
• Partner closely with hiring leaders to understand team needs, advise on recruitment strategy, and adjust search approaches based on market conditions.
• Manage a high volume of open requisitions while maintaining attention to detail, timely communication, and a positive candidate experience.
• Provide recruitment support across additional functions such as IT, finance, supply chain, project management, engineering, and technician staffing as business needs evolve.
• Utilize tools such as Dayforce, Indeed, and LinkedIn to track applicants, source talent, and keep recruitment activity organized and current.• 7+ years of recruiting experience, including corporate or in-house full-cycle recruiting responsibility.
• Demonstrated success recruiting for engineering talent, including highly specialized or hard-to-source technical positions.
• Strong sourcing skills with the ability to build candidate pipelines through direct outreach and recruiting platforms.
• Experience managing multiple requisitions at once in a dynamic, changing business environment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with a consultative approach to partnering with hiring leaders.
• High level of organization and attention to detail across scheduling, candidate tracking, and recruitment workflows.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruiting tools such as Dayforce, LinkedIn, or similar platforms.
