Why You'll Love Working Here Flexible workplace arrangements, work‑life balance Donation matching, volunteer opportunities Tuition reimbursement, professional development resources 401(k) matching, Employee Stock Purchase Plan Other benefits available – ask your recruiter for details What You Will Be Doing Conduct QA/QC reviews of residential energy audits to ensure accuracy and compliance Complete field inspections to verify proper installation of energy‑saving measures Support contractors with technical guidance and resolve installation or documentation issues Assist customers by explaining audit results, recommended measures, and available incentives Review audit data and reports to confirm quality and identify improvements Help onboard and monitor contractors to maintain high program standards Collaborate with inspectors, contractors, and internal teams to address issues and confirm corrective actions Provide clear education to customers and contractors on program requirements and best practices Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent 8+ years of experience in residential energy auditing, contractor management, and quality assurance Building Performance Institute (BPI) BA‑T and BA‑P certifications (or willingness to obtain within 90 days) Valid driver’s license and successful Motor Vehicle Records (MVR) check Preferred Qualifications Associate or bachelor’s degree in Energy Management, Environmental Science, or related field BPI QCI certification Proficiency with diagnostic tools and software for energy modeling Familiarity with building science principles and energy efficiency technologies Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects Knowledge of utility energy efficiency programs and weatherization standards Compensation Base salary range: $80,000 – $99,000 (actual compensation may vary based on location, experience, and other factors).
