Compensation:$100,000 - $150,000+ commission based
Responsibilities:- Meet with homebuyers and understand their goals
- Show properties and guide buyers through the purchase process
- Prepare and negotiate offers and contracts
- Manage clients from consultation through closing
- Follow up with leads and appointments using CRM and sales systems
- Manage your pipeline, calendar, and follow-up
- Deliver excellent service that drives referrals and repeat business

- Strong communication and people skills

- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven
- Comfortable with CRM and real estate technology
- Organized, dependable, and accountable
- Sales experience is a plus, but not required
