Bill Rate: $35-37/HR
Hours: Fri - Mon 2pm - 12:30am
Location: 4151 Prospect Ave. Los Angeles, CA 90027

Overview of Work Environment/Client Nuances:
Production lot - 23 buildings/stages/warehouses/office buildings
There will be client interaction so excellent customer service skills are necessary

Team Overview:
working as part of a team

Resource's typical working day:
Assigned daily work orders
Plumbing
Basic electrical work
Painting/patching
Carpentry work
General maintenance

Licenses/Certifications:
Any applicable certifications are preferred

Must Have Skills:
Plumbing skills
Basic electrical work skills
Painting/patching skills
Carpentry work skills
General maintenance skills
Troubleshooting skills
Good communication skills

Nice to have skills:
HVAC experience
Any advanced maintenance skills

Years of Experience:
5-10 years

Education
H.S. Diploma and Trade School highly preferred

Software skills:
Computer and tablet skills
